What Is the C.E.O. Collective?
The CEO Collective is a movement—powered by entrepreneurs, built on collaboration, and committed to economic equity. We support small business owners, solopreneurs, and visionaries with real tools, shared wisdom, and a connected community to help them grow and thrive.
The C.E.O. Collective:
Under the CEO Collective umbrella, we offer a rotating series of experiences designed to meet entrepreneurs and business owners where they are:
Business Work Session Series – Expert-led sessions covering essential topics—from finances and branding to systems and leadership designed to help entrepreneurs grow smarter and stronger.
Networking Mixers – Relaxed gatherings that bring entrepreneurs together to connect, collaborate, and build relationships that go beyond business.
These experiences create a consistent rhythm of support, development, and connection week by week and month by month.
The C.E.O. Exchange:
The C.E.O. Exchange is our platform for exposure, visibility, and direct-to-consumer growth. Through curated vendor markets, pop-up shops, and collaborative events, we give entrepreneurs real opportunities to showcase their businesses in high-traffic, high-energy environments. It’s more than a market—it’s a launchpad. Whether you’re introducing a new product, building a customer base, or gaining feedback, the CEO Exchange helps entrepreneurs connect with the people who matter, customers, partners, and collaborators. These events are intentionally inclusive, community-driven, and designed to highlight the diverse talent shaping our local economy.
The C.E.O. Community:
At the heart of our work is the C.E.O. Community, a growing network of entrepreneurs, business coaches, nonprofit leaders, and civic partners. Together, we share resources, celebrate wins, and offer honest, values-based support. We believe entrepreneurship is a powerful pathway to generational wealth, self-determination, and community transformation and we’re building that future, together.
