    Tanya McCaskill Dickens is the owner of Savor the Moment Dessert Bar in Greensboro and High Point which are known for their trademarked signature Crunch Cheesecakes.

    She also authored and published “Raising Generational Entrepreneurs: The Keys to Building a Legacy” and holds a degree in Cultural Studies from North Carolina A&T State University.

    Recognized as a business leader, Tanya has received several accolades, including Women of the Year and Family Business of the Year.

    Asia Hill is the entrepreneur and driving force behind Carson Creative Solutions. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from North Carolina A&T State University and is an aspiring Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

    She is experienced in private wealth management and financial analysis as a former Credit Analyst at Bank of America, within the Global Wealth and Investment Management Credit division.

    She believes that growth is driven by community, sharing expertise, and creative solutions. Asia Hill leverages her local professional network, financial accounting education, and financial analysis expertise to help small business owners gain financial clarity and drive sustainable business growth.

    As the Founder and Chief Creative Officer of The McKiever Group Creative Company, Dr. Shinika specializes in empowering leaders, transforming nonprofits, and building stronger communities.

    With over 15 years of experience in leadership development, nonprofit capacity building, and strategic planning, Dr. Shinika delivers bold, purpose-driven solutions that help clients overcome challenges and achieve sustainable growth.

    She believes in leveraging lived experiences and natural talents to drive innovation, dismantle barriers, and create lasting impact. Dr Shinika’s approach is direct, intentional, and rooted in the belief that leadership thrives when it aligns with purpose and values.
